Google Play Store will not allow the end user to download the CORA AI application

The end user is unable to download or install the CORA AI application from the Google Play Store.

Recommended Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Ensure device has been provisioned in the Enterprise Console
    • Check your enterprise console to ensure end user's device is provisioned correctly.
  2. Check device compatibility

    • Confirm the device model and Android OS version meet the minimum requirements for the CORA AI app.

    • Older devices or unsupported OS versions may not allow installation.

  3. Verify available storage

    • Check that the device has sufficient free storage space.

    • Clear storage if needed and retry the download.

  4. Check Google Play Store status

    • Ensure the user is signed into an active Google account.

    • Confirm the Play Store app is up to date.

    • Have the user retry the download after closing and reopening the Play Store.

  5. Restart the device

    • A restart can clear temporary Play Store or system errors that block downloads.

Why this may occur
Play Store download failures are commonly caused by device compatibility restrictions, insufficient storage, or temporary Google Play Store issues. These are typically unrelated to the CORA AI service itself.
