MDN will not enable in Enterprise Console (EC)

A provisioned MDN does not show as Active in the Enterprise Console after the application has been installed on the device.

Recommended Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Check the MDN status in the Enterprise Console

    • If the MDN appears grayed out and cannot be:

      • Deleted

      • Deactivated

      • Sent an SMS

    • This indicates the MDN is in a locked, incomplete provisioning state or has been abandoned

  2. Confirm installation was completed

    • Verify that the CORA AI application was fully installed and permissions were accepted on the device.

    • Restart the device and allow several minutes for status synchronization.

Why this may occur
In some cases, an MDN may become stuck during the provisioning or activation workflow. When this happens, the Enterprise Console intentionally restricts actions (delete, deactivate, SMS) to protect data integrity until the state can be corrected.

When to escalate

  • If the MDN remains grayed out and cannot be managed after the steps above, escalate by creating a help desk ticket with Sky Peak Technologies.

Include the following details in the ticket

  • MDN (masked if required)

  • Account / Group name

  • Device model

  • OS version

  • Time of installation
