End User Leaves the Carrier

An end user with the CORA AI application installed has left the carrier (port-out, cancellation, or service termination).

Recommended Action

  1. Remote deactivation via the Enterprise Console

    • The recommended action is to remotely deactivate the application in the Enterprise Console (EC).

    • This ensures the MDN is no longer actively managed or reported while it is not in service.

  2. Retain the MDN record

    • The MDN should remain in a deactivated state until it is either:

      • Reassigned, or

      • Permanently removed per operator policy.

  3. Operators should follow existing internal offboarding or account management procedures and coordinate with support as needed.

Why this approach is recommended
Remote deactivation preserves reporting accuracy, prevents unintended optimization on inactive numbers, and simplifies reactivation if the MDN returns to service in the future.
