Cannot log into Enterprise Console (EC)
The user is unable to log into the Enterprise Console because their username and/or password is not working.
Recommended Troubleshooting Steps

Confirm login details

Verify the username (email address) is entered correctly.

Check for common issues such as extra spaces, incorrect capitalization, or autofill errors.

Attempt a password reset

If available, use the “Forgot Password” or password reset option.

Allow a few minutes for the reset email to arrive and ensure spam/junk folders are checked.

Confirm account status

Verify that the user account has not been deactivated or removed.

New users may need to complete an initial activation step before logging in.

Why this may occur
Login issues are most commonly caused by incorrect credentials, expired passwords, or account status changes (such as deactivation). These issues do not impact service operation but do block console access.
When to escalate

If the user still cannot log in after the steps above, create a help desk ticket with Sky Peak Technologies or contact the designated operator point of contact (POC) to request a password reset.
