Enterprise Console (EC) will not load in a web browser

The Enterprise Console does not load or displays a blank / unresponsive page when accessed in the default browser.

Recommended Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Refresh and check connectivity

    • Confirm you have an active internet connection.

    • Refresh the page and wait a few seconds for the console to load.

  2. Clear browser cache and cookies

    • Clear the cache and cookies for the browser being used.

    • Close and reopen the browser, then try accessing the Enterprise Console again.

  3. Try a different browser

    • Attempt to access the Enterprise Console using a supported browser such as:

      • Google Chrome

      • Mozilla Firefox

    • This helps identify browser-specific cache or compatibility issues.

  4. Disable browser extensions (if needed)

    • Ad blockers, security tools, or privacy extensions can interfere with loading.

    • Temporarily disable extensions and retry.

Why this may occur
Browser cache corruption, outdated browser versions, or conflicting extensions can prevent the Enterprise Console from loading correctly. Trying a clean cache or an alternate browser resolves most cases.
